• Charged by the hour, calculated to the minute: When you pass through the turnstile for the first time, a 60-minute window starts automatically. During this hour, you can use all lifts as often as you like – without any additional deductions. After the 60 minutes are over: mountain hut, sun terrace, kids’ break – no further time will be deducted. The next hour only starts with your next turnstile entry.
• Valid for 2 winters: Start today, keep carving next winter – full validity, full flexibility.
• Go straight to the lift: No waiting at the ticket counter – the card works like a season pass. 
• Return ride with the Kanzelbahn included: As soon as at least 1 hour is deducted on a given day, the return ride with the Kanzelbahn cable car is free (no time deduction). Note: if only the return ride is used, 1 hour will be deducted.
• Transferable within the same age category: Not tied to a person – simply pass it on within the same age group. 
• Free arrival & departure throughout Carinthia: Travel free on all ÖBB S-Bahn trains to the Kanzelbahn valley station in Annenheim and back home. More details here.

Select your desired 20-hour season pass. After completing your purchase, you can collect your 20-hour season pass at any ticket counter in the ski area using the QR code in your confirmation email. If you already have old keycards, they can be reloaded directly when picking up your order; otherwise, a €5 keycard deposit per person will be charged on-site.

Note: When collecting the ski pass, the appropriate proof must be presented at the ticket counter (age verification, student ID, etc.).

Age categories*:

Child: Born 2011–2019**

Youth: Born 2007–2010

Senior: Born 1960 or earlier

Student: Up to the age of 27, i.e., born in 1999 or later (a valid student ID must be carried for checks in the ski area)

*Any misuse of ski pass age categories will result in the confiscation of the ski pass and the imposition of a fine.

**Children under 6 years old (born 2020 or later) ride free when accompanied by their parents, provided they are seated on the parents’ lap and do not require their own seat or lift bar. No card will be issued.

The general fare regulations and the general terms and conditions of carriage of Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn Touristik apply. By purchasing the card, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.

Your 20-hour season pass is valid during the winter season in which you purchase it and also in the following season – i.e., until the end of the 2026/27 winter season. During this period, you can use the lifts and slopes of Gerlitzen Alpe cable cars for up to 20 hours. Once the 20 hours are used up or the validity period ends, the pass – like any other season pass – becomes irrevocably invalid. Refunds are only possible in cases of serious illness, injury, or accident. For this, we require the relevant medical reports from a state hospital or comparable medical institution. If a refund is granted, it will be issued in the form of a voucher.

At the beginning and end of the season, ski operations may be limited.
